How to get rid of old baggage in your subconscious closet...
Here’s a great a technique that will help clean out those old hurts, fears and traumas that keep popping up from your past. Dream. Most of the time we dream and we are aware of the dream as soon as we wake up, but we soon forget, and it goes right back into your subconscious closet.
Here’s how to eliminate that old baggage;
1. Keep a stack of paper and a pen by your bed.
2. Write down your dream each morning.
3. Think about what the dream may symbolize (use your intuition) by the way your intuition improves with practice just like anything else. If you don’t know what the dream means, no problem simply recognizing the dream is enough.
4. Then burn the paper if you can, or rip the paper up in as many pieces as possible and throw it away.
I assure you this mind body and spirit connection works wonders, you will find yourself feeling so much lighter.
